๐ Delivery Time (Pakistan)
- Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days across Pakistan.
- For Lahore, deliveries are usually completed within 24 hours.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Please ensure you are available on your provided contact number โ our team or courier may contact you if needed.
- Delivery time is subject to product availability and order confirmation.
- During sales or promotional events, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Note:
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we strongly recommend using your own address for delivery.
Self Heal is not responsible for any loss or damage if the parcel is collected from a courier pickup point or office.
โ Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a prepaid order within 6 hours of placing it.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
๐ณ Payments via Debit/Credit Card
- We prioritize your safe and secure shopping experience.
- In some cases, your bank may require additional verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- If payment is declined by your financial institution, Self Heal reserves the right to cancel the order.
๐ต Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide across Pakistan.
- Customers must pay the full order amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment.
- If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason, they may be restricted from future purchases.

- If tracking updates are not received, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Self Heal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services (e.g., TCS, M&P, Leopards, etc.).
