At Self Heal, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We strive to ensure every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions:


Returns

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost if the error occurred on our end.
